Customer Return Form

In the event you need to submit a return, please refer to the following guidelines:

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
• All materials authorized for returns must be packaged and shipped in accordance with applicable government regulations.
• Products shipped in error by Chrom Tech will be accepted for full credit.
• Returns must be within 30 days of original shipment.
• A minimum restocking fee of 25% ($50.00 minimum) will apply for all items authorized for return due to customer error or convenience.
• Special order or custom made products are not returnable.
